When we say unlimited domains, unlimited disk space and bandwidth, of course there are terms & conditions that you must adhere to. This means unlimited webpages, domains and web graphics, not downloads or streaming media. Our servers are shared hosting servers and memory and CPU usage is not unlimited. CPU intensive files are not permitted on our servers and accounts may not to be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamers sites, shout cast and similar, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. While the sale of eBooks and other legal small download files are permitted within reason (see download files below) with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of mass quantities where our servers are used as a distribution point is not permitted. Domain is free only for the first year, hosting renewal cost will be PKR 4999. If any case, you decide to downgrade, you must pay the domain fee that you got free for the first year

Web Server – Our servers are web servers. Web server means file hosting that you can view in a browser eg: PHP, SQL, HTML, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .XML mostly .SWF and .PDF are fine. If you can’t view it in a browser, or it requires special software to view, it’s a download or multi-media file.

Server Offshore / Descriptions: Offshore Contents: Offshore Shared web hosting, Reseller, account holders are not allowed to use nulled Scripts, warez linking, rapidshare etc, image hosting. And not allowed to use their accounts for Proxy Site, Rapid leech, audio/video hosting, legal adult contents, torrent trackers and similar materials to be ran on your account we reserve the right to terminate you once reported by authorities or if found by pkwebhost, so if you have any confusion regarding your site contents we suggest you to please Contact us to get clarified before placing the order.

Zero Refund Policy with all our product and service.

File hosting that you download from the server, eg: .ZIP, .RAR, .GZIP, .MP3, .AVI, .WAV, .DOC, .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .TGA, .TIF . Our servers are not download servers.
Media Server – Multi-media hosting eg: streaming video, streaming audio, radio, shout cast, pod cast, can include chat and shout box. We currenlty do not have a multi-meida server so we can not offer this type of hosting.
Gaming / Clan Server – Gaming servers / hosting usually use intensive server resources and require gaming servers or VPS. We currenlty do not have gaming servers so we can not offer this type of hosting.
Download Files: - Collections of download files are not permited on shared servers because they slow the server down. A reasonable amount of download files can be permitted if you keep the file size under 2000 k .

Although regular back-ups will be performed, PkWebHost will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data for your own back-up purposes.

Undesirable Content: Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host pornographic content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes pornographic content and what does not (see adult sites below). Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. The sale of resellable eBooks is ok.
Bulk Email: The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. As a guideline, we consider sending over 150 emails at once as bulk email.
Spamming: Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to irrelevant pkwebhost that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.
Misuse Of Resources: Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video and shout cast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.
Free Hosting: Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide a free web site hosting service such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service.
Password Protected Directories: Using password protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content.
